Chaldean Chronicles: Cadence of the Lostgrail

Eventually, you all arrive to the complex. The more magically-inclined members notice as they pass through a bounded field, but nothing happens.

"Don't worry, it's just a safety measure I've got."

After going up the elevator, the group finally reaches an apartment in the suburban building.

"Well... Here we are. Hospitality is something I am proud of, so tell me if you need anything, teehee!"

Entering her territory, Klara couldn't hide her suprise as they went through a elevator to reach such location. It's a...bit more modern than she would have thought. "Quite a territory you have here Ms. Circe, how long have you stayed here?"

"A few weeks," she admits, opening the door with her keys. "I've set up my territory on the meantime." It's... a very normal apartment, actually. "I know it's not what you expected of a great Caster like me, but it's hard to get a good place with a nice view and access to a leyline, you know?"

I suppose even the Witch Queen cannot be picky with their territory. Klara thought to herself as she watches Circe opening the door to her apartment. Suprisingly, this felt like shes visiting a friend home, perhaps this is the aura of hospitality that Circe emits. "Well it's fine in the end Ms. Circe, I suppose when those thing are roaming the street, even a apartment like this look viable enough to be a territory as long as it have access to leylines."

"You're right." She takes a deep breath, as she considers a few things. "Okay, put your friend on the guest room's bed while she gets better. Speaking of, I never caught your names, did I? Only did your friend Odin share her identity."

Upon arrival, Mordred would stay in the back and relax herself. However she does keep an ear out so that she can listen in on the conversation. Though now that they're back in the topic of names, Mordred reveals hers. "I am Mordred, the knight who will kill King Arthur." She says with a voice that makes her title not so special. Almost lazy like.

Seeing Mordred had placed Petra in the guest room and introduced herself, Klara too would take her turn as she looked over to Circe. "My name is Klara Silverbane, a master from Chaldea. We are suppose to arrive at another timeline, but it seems like our method of transportation had messed up somewhere and ended up throwing us here."

"Chaldea?" Circe raised her brow. "I see... I figured there were some people trying to fix all of these 'issues' in the timestream. But the way you say it sounds like we weren't your main targets, hm?" She walks up to the kitchen, looking at the fridge. "Still, you're here now. Do you have a way to go back to Chaldea?"

"Indeed, this is...a place that we didn't expect to land on. As for your question, we haven't confirmed it yet." Answering Circe, Klara sighed as she moves over to the window, looking over the city from the apartment point of view. In the meanwhile, she'll try and contact Da Vinci through their Comms as she asked the witch without turning her head away. "You said you've been here for few weeks and by the question you asked us earlier, I'm assuming you haven't found anything regarding the creation of these monster?"

You attempt contacting Chaldea, but you have trouble making actual communications. Perhaps securing a leyline would help you on stabilising comms with the base.

"Very little, unfortunately. I believe the tower across the Hellespont must have more answers inside, but I am better at giving sailors advice than actually crossing the sea myself."

Seeing that she's unable to contact Chaldea, Klara let out a sigh. Perhaps they should find a Leyline to use before going to the tower. "Ahh I see, then I suppose going to the tower is inevitable. But Ms. Circe, would you mind if we borrow your Leyline here to try and connect with our allies?"

"Oh? Right. Fufu, go ahead. But, mind if I go with you?"

"That's fine by me, it'll help too so you're able to explain things in a much more detail considering you spent much more time here."

After leaving the apartment and traveling down to the building's basement, Circe oversees Klara's ritual.

Now in the basement, Klara could feel the dense mana in the air, showing this is the vocal point of the Leyline. Not wasting any time, Klara begin with her ritual, drawing a magic circle on the floor through her memory as she begin setting up a connection with Chaldea.

The connection finally gives a result. "Ah, can you hear me? Is that you, Klara?" You hear Da Vinci's confident yet worried timbre from the other side of the comms.

With Klara making contact with Chaldea, rayshifting has been reenabled in Turkey.

A couple minutes later a interested Medea curious strange singularity in deciding the others could survive without her help decided to visit the base of operations. and so with curiosity of what the hell is going on she steps into the apartment

"Mmm... I wonder when she's coming? I can't make kykeon without so little ingredients..." The witch crossed her arms. Hearing the door open, she turns. "Ah, one of your friends has...?"

not expecting to see her on here she acted genuinely surprised and said, "Circe!!, I never expected you to be in a place like this!" she said still a little bit in Surprise

"You tell me. So you've been summoned by these Chaldeans?" While she's somewhat glad to see her annoying niece again, she's still... you know, her niece. Hopefully she doesn't call her 'auntie' this time around.

" well of course so far I've had a pleasant enough experience with them, if I have to take a guess you're living but very very pleased by this hellscape"

"Not really. It's not mine, if you get me. The whole situation bothers me far too much, for it to be actually enjoyable."

" Carlos this is seems quite a mess you got summoned into by the grail, do you happen to know anything about where it currently is?" medea asked

"We're in Anatolia, far from either of our homes." She sighed. "Nowadays, it's called Turkey."

"Ah, wait. The Grail? No, not really..." She shook her head. "It's anstonishingly little the ampunt I've managed to divine. I'm sure someone's interfeting with me, somehow."

" well so I could be investigated, when I have time I think I'm just going to scout if anything else to see what else there is that actually could be a part of this. Sincerus how was it when you were first summons here anyways?"

"It's a relief to hear you are safe and sound. Yes, SHEBA has located you in Turkey, 2005 AD. You're lucky your existence was verified just as soon as you changed destination. Can you tell me anything about the situation over there, Master Candidate Silverbane?"

"Turkey in 2005? We really did get thrown far from our intented location." Klara let out a soft sounding sigh as she finally received some information regarding their whereabout. As she were asked, Klara would nods as she informs Da Vinci regarding the Pseudo-Singularity they had been thrown in;ranging from the Tower in the sea into their supposed meeting with the creature of the singularity and Circe.

"...I see. It's very likely that a Holy Grail Fragment is located here, at the very least. There must've been a reason why we didn't detect this micro singularity's location before. Still, the only thing that we have left to do now is investigate and deal with it. Be careful, and make sure you keep contact with Chaldea."

"A fragment huh? Understood, me and my team shall investigate this Singularity further then. We shall report back to Chaldea if we find anything. Actually before we cut the connection for now, may I ask the condition of the team within our supposed main Singularity?" Klara asked Da Vinci, curious on the other team that successfully entered the Norse Singularity.

"They had their share of troubles too, but they managed to establish a territory. No casualties, if that's what you're concerned about. They're doing fine. Anything else, Master Silverbane?"

@Circe, the Queen Witch (@Sky_ | [NPC] | Sal [9] Walp [14]) - jump she sighed for a moment saying, " things need to be done with things need to be done, besides there is another side of a cahaldea dealing with another singularity so they can deal with that while I decided to visit here" she said thinking of how terrible she was Training insuly. She then said, " So anyways any information on the other two that were with you"

"No, that's all I need to know." Releasing a sigh of relief, Klara nods toward Da Vinci. Atleast she didn't need to worry about their safety for now and instead worry about herself in this Singularity. "Hmm actually, Ms. Da Vinci is it possible if we could rayshift a boat into this Singularity?"

@『』 (@Sky_ | [NPC] | Sal [9] Walp [14]) - jump "Understood!" As the connection cut, Klara would let out a sigh of relief as she opens up her datapad. Now having connection to Chaldea, she could submit a report regarding their mission. Once done, Klara would close it as she looks over to the magic circle. Not having Sigurd here is quite troublesome, Odin needed some backup after the fight she had seen in this Singularity. Though with how limited they are on the reactor resources, it might be good that she kept both of them in chaldea for now in case any emergency happened. And so, she decides to summon a new servant! Having a amazing quality of Magic Circuit, she estimate that she could atleast houses one more heroic spirit under here, as long as they aren't a berserker. But which one should I summon....perhaps I should leave it to FATE this time. Not using any catalyst, Klara would turn the rayshift magic circle into a pseudo summoning circle. Being a prodigy in Magecraft, something like this are quite a easy task for her as it only took her around 15 minutes to do so. Once done, she would begin her summoning aria as she pours her mana into the summoning circle, calling upon a heroic spirit from the Throne of Heroes.

The magical circle flared to life, energy crackling around it before deep blue flames burst from the circle. It took a moment for the flames to die down, and once they did it left behind a woman. A drop dead beautiful woman clad in armor with white hair and a sad look on her face. "Brynhildr... My class is Lancer, Please do not be kind with me master... It would be troubling..."

Klara shield her eyes as blue flames erupts from the pseudo summoning circle. It seems like the formula she had come up with worked. Though as she opened her eyes, she finally notices the girl in a clad armor standing ontop of the summoning circle. Her melancholy expression along with her beautiful stature causes Klara to be taken aback for a moment before she snaps back. Upon hearing her name, Klara finally realize who the girl is. Ahh, no wonder she's sad... "Brynhindlr....the Queen of the Valkyries, it's a pleasure to meet you miss. As for being not kind, ahaha that might be a bit hard." Rubbing the back of her neck, Klara smiles toward the lancer class servant as she greets her. Brynhindlr could feel her master having some sort of connection to her love, Sigurd.

"Even if it might be difficult, I implore you to not do as much master... If it helps you at all, please treat me as but a tool for your use..." Brynhildr gives Klara a small bow, her down expression not changing one bit. It was clear that her past which it seemed Klara knew had left deep wounds on her heart that are to never heal even as a servant. "What would you order of me master?"

"If I were any normal Mage, that'll be easier to do." Klara nervously chuckle as she rubs the back of her neck, looking around the room for a moment before her gaze would fall upon the pensive expression Brynhindlr. "For now? I'll brief you of our situation in the living room. We should be setting out for a mission soon enough." Gesturing to the queen, she begin walking toward the door as she opens it, waiting for Bryn to follow her.

"Understood Master..." The Queen and former Valkyrie quietly followed Klara, remaining quite quiet and avoided gazing upon her new master as they moved about. For the reason that she believed she shouldn't lest her feelings go wild for whatever reasons. "What sort of mission are we setting off on might I ask? Of course whatever mission you wish to go on is fine with me..."

"We'll be visiting a nearby tower in the sea. It seemed to be the cause of this Singularity. I'll explain more during the briefing, but for now let's go to the living room first."

She nods yet again and quietly follows behind, wondering quite a few questions that she knew would be answered shortly. Though the one she didn't know if it would be answered anytime soon, is if Sigurd happened to have been summoned...

Circe has been in a small room, the study of the apartment. Basically picking at every book she has on her.

Medea taking her aunts offer to take a break from the Tower for the moment entering said, "hey, mind if we have some time together? Youswim generously offer for me to hang out and I can do that before going back in the tower for the time being" medea said smiling

"i wanted to talk at some point anyways and i want to take a break from the tower for the moment, regardless" she then then said, "so how long have you been in the singularity anyways" she asked

"Three weeks, more or less?" Her eyes pointed up as she reminisced. "I never got to enter the tower, though."

Tldr:( basically Medea is just describing all of the singularity so far) "its certainly different then the other singularitys, one was a modern city filled with dead apostles, the another one was caused by some strange phenomenon that wasn't magic yet still could mimic the effects of it or at least to a degree although I'm not sure the full story on that. the third Singularity was in a place called France where the person who held the The Grail apparently called Marie seemingly revived from the dead she was somehow taking and storing negative emotions for some reason, he also somehow obtain some abilities on the edge of something that a goddess could do. The fourth one was in a place called China where to my knowledge it was more or less just once I'd had the crown and was slowly taking over the place and was some kind of evil emperor, and while I was gone helping with a mission this somehow attacked our base of operations then more less swiftly struck them back and managed to defeat them. And lastly there's the current one which is somewhere in Germany and has something to do with Ragnarok as they call it I believe although i haven't been there yet so I don't know much about it" she said talking about her experiences in the singularity so far (edited)

she sighed then said, "well if we don't have time then we will talk later then" she was a bit more on the annoyed side but still waived as she walked out

"Be careful. I'll have kykeon waiting for you when you come back~!"

So they have headed to the apartments. Kiyohime accompanied her master in tow, a look of content and calm engulfing her. Trough out their journey back she leaned on her master time and time again.

"It appears we are here. This is indeed the place. Home.. sweet home.." Chris would reach out for the doorknob and unlock it without a problem. And then he lead the way inside, a soft sigh escaping his lips as he glanced at Kiyohime. He has noticed the way she leaned on him and called him beloved or love. Why was that?

Entered inside, taking a quick look around before finally turning to her master. A bright, beaming smile came to bask the berserker's features as she quickly hummed. "Would you like me to prepare you some food, Master? I can do quite an assortment of duties. Anything that you may require shall be done in a moment, all you have to do is ask and relax."

"Hmm? Some food you say? I wouldn't be opposed to such things. Go ahead. Speaking of which, you know how to cook? Admittedly, I have no idea how to do so. Other than the basic frying that is. Maybe I should start learning some other time." He remembered Alex's superb cooking during that simulation. Admittedly, what he would give to have a meal of that caliber. Sheesh, his girlfriend must be lucky to have something like that. It was like having a 5* chef all to yourself.

Kiyohime nodded a bit. "I do know how to cook, yes. I may not be a professional chef but it is something I've done in the past both in order to relax as well as to fulfill the needs of these around me. I'll check what we have and see what I can do." With that Kiyohime headed towards the kitchen. Not too long after she'd come back with some tea and two cups. She'd quickly head back to the kitchen for the moment however... Returning a little while later with breaded chicken cutlets, egg rice accompanied with some sauce. "I was planning to make an oriental dish, however there wasn't too much variety. I apologize if this doesn't suit your tastes Master."

"That is fine, I didn't have a preference right now anyways. Still, not to offend you or anything. But I am reminded of a certain friend of mine. He cooks so well to the point even smelling the food makes me want to just consume even the plate. Hehehe.. I kind of wonder where he is right now. Maybe you would impress." Chris would then pour himself some tea and Kiyohime some calmly eating his meal. Slowly chewing to get the taste. It appears he is a bit of a food connosiour in some ways.

Seemed perhaps a little off put by that, though she didn't let it show for long, instead sitting down beside her master and drinking some of her tea alongside him. "Well, I hope you find the meal filling at least. I'm unfortunately only familiar with this food trough the knowledge provided to me when summoned. I'm sorry to disappoint you, master." With that she simply sipped on her drink.

"Oh do not worry about it. Unlike some food I ate, beef jerky and the like. This is a god send. I am not even joking about that. The rations here in Chaldea sometimes make me miss actual well cooked food." Chris said to the Berserker, it appears he really hasn't been eating decent food for a while. And right now he does not seem too impressed by the meal, more so glad he has home cooked food.

Didn't seem to comment at that, her lips did however curve just a little into a smile upon hearing these words of praise. Lowering her cup from her lips, Kiyohime glanced back over to her master. "If you don't mind me asking master, what is your name? You've yet to tell me."

"I haven't? Oh right, I haven't! Sorry, it didn't occur to me until now. My name is Chris Heinrich. I am a priest that used to work for an organization. Right now, I am in exile so to say. And I came here to redeem myself." Chris said, finishing the food rather quickly to the point it was gone in 10 minutes despite still being hot and fresh.

Kiyohime herself seemed somewhat satisfied with how quickly he chowed down on the food. Giving her master a nice long look, her eyes widening for just a moment... "A priest..." She'd mutter to herself, just for a moment that veneer of calmness broke revealing a look of endearment and care. "That's right... Of course, I should have known. It's so obvious now that you mention it, my master." She'd answer quickly, a wide smile coming to rest on her lips before coming to rest. "In exile? What have they done for you to enter it? If need-be I'm willing to take care of the liars for you, master."

"What have I done to enter it? Oh it is simple, I... killed another priest. And therefore, have commited a great sin. Afterwards, I ran away and sent myself in a self exposed exile. In short, it is not them at fault, it is my fault. And one I must atone for by saving humanity." Chris said to Kiyohime with a sad tone to his lips, had it not been for that particular event in his life. He never would be here from the start. He was a bit too lost at his memory to notice Kiyohime's look.

The woman seemed to pause for just a moment. Closing her eyes and letting silence fall for just a second before-- reaching out to her master and resting a hand on his shoulder, wiggling up closer and speaking up once again. "I am certain you've had your reasons, reasons which would more than justify the crime. Reasons which no one should ever come to judge you for, my master. If it is self-imposed atonement you seek however, I- Kiyohime will do my best to help you reach that goal and beyond."

"Ah..." The priest was somewhat surprised by the berserker class servant. Her gentle and sincere matter really was something else. One he hasn't felt in quite some time. Removing his glasses and placing it at the table just near his empty plate. "I am starting to wonder what I deserved to get a servant such as yourself.."

Smiled sweetly towards Chris, taking her hand away following his comment and pouring him another cup of tea and extending it towards him. "Drink master, try to relax and not worry yourself too much. Things will be fine now that I'm around to take care of you. If you struggle, just leave it to me."

"ACK-!" There was a wheeze as Enrica landed flat on her face on the floor, winded and gasping for air as she felt her entire body beginning to fail her and put her through, ironically enough, the fires of hell.

Silk pushes against Nagato. "Didn't you see Hero cure me? And anyways, you're holding me too roughly, are you trying to hurt me!?"

“If you speak of this to anyone I will kill you Sanson.”

Hero extends her wings before crashing, dropping the oni and herself safely. "We're...safe...?"

Medea was already telepored in fly with her cloack so she just looked more suprided then anything, "well at least where in a safe place now..."

Manages to catch herself up, dusting off and looking around.

"Yo! Sorry to just crash in on you but uh... We did it! And no one but the demon god pillar died!" He looked down at silk who he was still carrying and nodded. "I'm not holding you roughly at all!" He thought about being rude and dropping her onto the ground but decided against It and just placed her back on her feet. "There? Are you happy now?"

Enrica slowly pushed herself to her feet, gently growling and crying out in effort as she finally managed to get herself up, turning to Hero and beginning to stagger towards her. "Yes... And we... Won..."

"Eh... So, what's happening then? We just killed that big pile of whatever demon thing... What next?"

"That's a lie, and you know that." She points at him with a large spoon. "...But I'm glad you guys are alright. Seriously, you were running me thin with going back-to-back in those fights.

“Kh!” Ow, that hurt. And I’m already on my last legs from being through three fights in a row, healing or not it’s tiring! “If you try I’ll have you executed for attempted murder. I’m sure the director would be more than willing to get rid of a third rate composer if she heard they’re a threat to others.”

And Enrica embraced Hero as she finally reached her, seeming to hold onto her to keep herself upright, her breaths heaving, as she slowly turned to Circe. "Q-Quick... I'll try it... Pass me... A glass..."

Took a quick look over at Enrica. ". . ." Without a comment, the oni approached the woman and slammed her sword into the ground. "Lean on this." With that she placed the womans hand on the handle. It could easily support her weight.

The executioner visibly moves to argue with the composer before being stopped by the hologram. With a soft click of his tongue he looks over to Hero and Circe with a curt bow “Thank you for your assistance, I apologize that we couldn’t manage to save those two goddesses as well… But at least they’re still free from that horrid tower.”

Not a second was lost as Da Vinci warned how they should go. "I know this isn't the ideal sort of celebration dinner." She actually winces as Ibaraki strikes the sword on the floor. Sob. "—But! Circe really, really holds in the itch to polymorph the oni who insulted her food.

Enrica lifted it to her lips and drank as if she hadn't had water for months. Because that was how she felt. ...Only to turn and grin at Circe. "It's delicious, Lady Circe."

"Hm~ A shame my meeting with the so-called 'Witch Queen' is cut short by circumstance. If you come to Chaldea, maybe we could share magical secrets, haha!"

"Do you have some sake by any chance? I could use some following that fight... Fighting gets me hungry."

He grabs a chair and takes a seat and digs into the Kykeon, it couldn't be worse than Gawain's cooking so he dug on in.

"The kykeon. Is alcoholic. Just for you." She forces a smile at the oni.

medea cast dispell magic on her food before eating the hevenly cooking onece again after so long, she kind of missed this....almost like a family

"Hey, this stuff is pretty good!" He started eating at a faster pace, wanting to finish all of the Kykeon on his plate before they ran out of time. Soon his plate was empty. "Thanks for the meal! Hey, where did this pig come from?" He looked at Ibaraki who was now a piglet. He hadn't noticed what happened to Ibaraki while he was eating.

Bites Nagato.

"Ouch." Silk voices when she gets pulled into her seat. "You can be pretty rough too." She sighs. "My body feels like I've been running a marathon for the last ten years.. if I can use the couch, maybe staying here isn't so bad."

"Oh God... It's a long walk to my dorm from the rayshift room..."

The Pigaraki does her best to squeal and complain about her current predicament as well as cause havoc to the highest degree she can. As it turns out, she doesn't like being a pig.

The pigaraki continues to trash around, squealing very damn loudly and jumping around the entire room. One could say she was one hell of a Riot.

"Is someone this oni's master? She really needs to be taught some manners, geez."

Lucifer laughs at the situation, but her personality changes -again- as she's hugged. "Mm? Ah.... I don't know. Maybe! I hope..."

"Hmmm~ That is what I'm here for, aren't I? Ahahaha!" Yeah, he was too amused to actually do anything about it. Let monsters fight monsters, and a circus will break out.

Finally, pigaraki runs into the table and with a loud THUNK falls down- dazed from the running impact.

"Oni... Wait." He gazed down at the pig as it slowly starts to click who the pig was. He started chuckling before it turned into laughter. After a bit he calmed down. "Oh man, that's amazing the great Oni got turned into a pig! Thanks for the Kyleon and the laugh Circe! Both were good!"

"You're welcome, darling~" She seems happy now that everyone enjoyed her kykeon.

Medea just watch the angry piglet wondring if she should revers it or not. nah she won't, but she was one chaotic piglet to say the laest . Medea then looked at hero and said, "whaterver you disid to do make sure you dont regret it or turn back ok hero? and if i remember you and im around i will try to help no matter what got it?"

Ibaraki: Finally clambered back up to her feet. Shaking her head around just a bit before turning towards hero and making a very loud squeal. Unless you speak Pig, you wouldn't get it.

Medw: medea relesed hero from the hug and happly smiled looking at hero saying, "of corse! it was a oner doing this dispite the troble! even in that last fight"

Nagato:He smiled, what a way to end a singularity huh? He sat back in his chair watching everyone with a smile. He didn't need to say anything else at the moment. He would let the other say their piece while he waited.

"No... Hero... Thank you..." Enrica could feel herself drifting off. And as she did she wondered about a few things. She wondered how Eitsu was doing. She wondered about Arthur and why he had disappeared. She thought she should check up on Tarquin, too. So much had happened and... This was only her first mission. And it wasn't even a true singularity. And within it so much had happened, she had changed and grown quite a lot... She had even remembered who she was, though she hadn't had time to bring it up. She had almost strayed down the same path she went before, but... Was yanked right back out. She found out what she wanted to do, who she wanted to be... So much of her had been forged here, in this little battle for but a fragment of the several grails that they were chasing. Did she regret any of it? No, no she didn't. In fact... She was almost looking forward to what her life had in store for her next. Where following the lantern would next take her. "Thank you... All... For welcoming me..."

Successfully standing awkwardly in the corner while the others properly give their goodbyes.

Pigaraki just sits down, huffing a little. She's clearly cross.

Ibaraki: Having noticed @Dagger luring in the corner, Ibaraki quickly ran up to the man- biting at his outfit and tugging away at it.

Sanson: "Ah!" Local executioner is attacked by rampaging Pigaraki

"......Goodbye, Hero. Goodbye, Circe, Penthesilea, all of you... Thank you for everything... For taking me in... Keep... Following your light... Wherever it leads. Don't let it... Go... Out..." And with those last words, Enrica closed her eyes and drifted off as she was pulled back.

T:"Well, thanks for the pleasure. Let us hope the will of Heaven answers our prayers to see eachother one more time." Taikoubou nodded, before casting Message to whisper something at Circe, just as they are leaving and dematerializing.

Nagato:He smiled as a familiar feeling washed over him, one he's experienced quite a few times before. Getting called back to Chaldea, he looked at Hero and Circe with a smile on his face. "Take care Hero! Let's meet again someday! As for you Lucifer, if you can even hear me I'm there, you behave yourself and I want my one on one next time we meet! Although next time let it just be for fun ok?" Yeah, he was still on about that about but he had enjoyed fighting Lucifer even if the life of his friends and himself were on the line. He turned to Circe. "If you're ever in Chaldea make some more of this Kyleon stuff for me! It was delicious! Maybe even show me how to make it if you don't mind, I have started to learn how to cook." He chuckled to himself as he stood up and gave a little Salute as his body was disappearing. "See ya later guys!" To him this was just a see ya later, he believed that one day, their paths would cross once again. And like all of the other people he's met he couldn't wait for that day to come when they met once again. With a smile and a wave, Nagato was gone, having been pulled back to Chaldea with only a few motes of light remaining that soon disappeared as well.

And so, Chaldea left for the stars, having done their job.
